Summary: The carpets in the room should be more clean. The kid’s activity should not take place on a carpet that has been walked over by everyone over the entire day.

Summary: I booked this room for a business trip due to other hotels in the area being full. I really wouldn’t recommend it for business. It’s pretty loud and noisy, but it’s cantered for little kids, so that’s understandable.

Summary: The Bad: They charge $19 a day for parking IN THEIR LOT! They also put a $100 a day hold charge on your card per day (you should have it refunded 5-7 business days after you leave...it's in case of incidental issues in your room). Also, I never had Housekeeping ask if we needed anything...towels, soap, beds made - anything. Also, that the Waterpark and pools close at 8pm - that's kinda early, especially since quiet time isn't until 11pm. The Good: The Queen sized beds were very comfy! The staff were friendly in the hallway and in passing. It seems like they had a lot for younger kids. There was Ice Cream, Food, a Shop, an Arcade, Water Park and Bowling Alley all in the hotel.

Summary: Hotel was clean, room was very nice. We didn’t know the water park hours were, as we weren’t told and couldn’t find it online either. We arrived after 7:30 and had to leave early so we never got to enjoy the water activities
